Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for Ordering with YesBaik Online Store. We strive to ensure that our food meets high standards of quality and hygiene. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we handle returns and refunds as follows:

Order Cancellation
Before Preparation: You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been prepared by our kitchen. Please contact us immediately at the support numbers listed on our website if you wish to cancel your order.
After Preparation: Once preparation of your food has begun, cancellations will not be accepted as the food cannot be reused or resold.
Refunds and Replacements

Quality Issues: If your order is incorrect, damaged, or does not meet your satisfaction due to quality issues, please contact us within 2 hours of receipt with your order number and a description of the problem. We will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference and the specific circumstances. Photographic evidence may be requested to support your claim.
Non-Delivery: If you do not receive your order due to our error, you are entitled to a refund or a re-delivery of the same order. Please contact us if your food has not been received within a reasonable delivery window.

If your claim for a refund is accepted by our team, we will process the refund within 7 business days of the acceptance of the refund claim.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days of acceptance of refund claim:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at franchise@yesbaik.com.
    Exceptions

Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Dislikes due to personal taste preferences.
  • Minor deviations from the advertised product (e.g., slight variations in spice level, garnish, etc.).
